JR joined Brentwood in 2023 and is currently active in the corporate development efforts of Afterburn Holdings, Far West Services and Upward Projects.
Prior to joining Brentwood, JR worked at Interlock Equity where he focused on private equity investing and portfolio company management across business and healthcare services companies. Prior to joining Interlock Equity, he was an Investment Banking Associate at MTS Health Partners in New York City where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate finance in the healthcare and life sciences industry. He began his career as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of J.P. Morgan Asset Management in New York City. He graduated from Vanderbilt University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and minors in Corporate Strategy and Cinema/Media Arts.
