Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics, a leading dental service organization, has strengthened several key executive positions as it continues its regional expansion. Mick McCormick, who has been working with the company since June of 2019 on an interim basis, has been named the permanent Chief Executive Officer. Mick joins Jefferson with 30 years of experience, previously holding senior executive positions at Columbia Sports, Nike, Golf Galaxy, and most recently with advisory firm Growth Operators.

McCormick joins an already successful senior team that includes Chief Marketing Officer Adam Arnette. The company is also excited to announce the promotions of Dr. Ankoo Raina to Chief Dental Officer, Joseph Kadado to Executive Vice President of Operations, and Melissa Wilson to Vice President of Clinic Operations.
Dr. Raina, who previously served as a Regional Dental Director for Jefferson, has a deep breadth of dental experience, and has been instrumental in the recruitment and training of Jefferson’s exceptional dental team. Joseph Kadado, who has 13 years of experience at Jefferson, will be responsible for all clinic operations, real estate, and new clinic openings. Melissa Wilson, who has 23 years of experience as a Regional Director of Operations for Jefferson, will focus on clinical operations and working with clinic teams. Both Joseph’s and Melissa’s long tenure and experience will be invaluable as the company continues to elevate its operational execution and 5-star patient experience, and expand its service offerings.
